3 Delicious Ways to Add Some Green to Your Plate

It’s always a good time to get in your greens – but, with March and St. Patrick’s Day coming around the corner, now is the perfect opportunity to avoid getting pinched by a pesky leprechaun by adding some green both to your wardrobe and your plate when you stop by your favorite breakfast or lunch restaurant! While some may be guilty of not always be getting enough color and fresh, healthy ingredients, we at Peach Valley think that eating well can be easy with a wide array of brunch favorites. Read on for a few of our favorite ways to get in more of that festive green hue in a tasty meal.
