Our Superfood Breakfast Salad is just as simple (and colorful!) as the Peach Valley salads you already love, but in place of lettuce features a pudding base made with coconut milk and organic chia seeds! We top off the dish with an eclectic, textured mix of granola, fresh blueberries, bananas, and strawberries. A raspberry-blueberry compote drizzle finishes off the dish, whose array of tasty, healthful ingredients makes it truly super.
Blue Lemonberry Pancakes
Looking to add some zest to your pancakes? Try them with lemon! Our Blue Lemonberry Pancakes are made with sweet cream and a subtle touch of lemon, complemented with a trio of blueberry toppings: fresh blueberries, blueberry syrup, and a sweet blueberry butter made in house! Avocado toast is the simple, hearty staple that's making its way into kitchens across the country. We prepare ours with multigrain oat bread, chunky avocado, and a spread made with black beans for that added dose of protein. And of course, it wouldn't be a Peach Valley dish without the inclusion of fresh flavors with vine-ripe tomatoes on your toast, as well as a side of fresh fruit. In what we're sure will be your new go-to springtime sandwich, we've paired tender shrimp and a fresh herb aioli with celery, green onion, and red bell peppers--all layered onto a warm, flaky croissant. For a flavorful reworking of the classic breakfast dish, we didn't just substitute tender steak--we country fried it, too! We've also added cheddar cheese and a delicious sausage gravy--while still including the classic poached eggs--and put all these flavors on top of our house-made breakfast potatoes, the perfect anchor for our satisfying new dish.
